Limited Warranty:
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Brazen Sports warrants, for two (2) years that it will be free from faulty workmanship. In the event a defect arises, which defect is covered by this warranty, all components, unless excluded below, will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge. Should a replacement be necessary, Brazen Sports cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch model. If your model is not available a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided to you.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this warranty expressly excludes the following:
Further, this warranty does not extend to any losses or damages to the watch due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, negligence (other than the negligence of Brazen Sports), unauthorized service, modification or alteration, improper repair, handling, maintenance or application or any other cause not the fault of Brazen Sports.
The following warranties are the sole and exclusive warranties given by Brazen Sports and are in lieu of and expressly exclude all other warranties, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement. Brazen Sports shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Brazen Sports has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. The entire liability of Brazen Sports shall be limited to replacement or repair of your watch at the sole option of Brazen Sports. However, some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. In such event, the foregoing limitations and exclusions shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by local law.
Warranty Service Requests:
Should you require warranty service, please send in your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, and a completed watch repair form, which can be found on the Brazen Sports website (www.BrazenSports.com), to the authorized service center listed below. Brazen Sports shall be under no obligation to perform any warranty services to the extent it does not receive your sales receipt and/or validation of warranty. Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Brazen Sports highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. Brazen Sports is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the authorized service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. Such charges will be identified and agreed to by you prior to performance of the services.
