Returns:
Each timepiece carries a 7-day return policy as long as the watch is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any custom engraved timepiece are non-refundable, however, maintain full 2-year warranty. To complete your return, we require a receipt and/or proof of purchase. Returns must include a Return Authorization number (RA#) available via email: Info@BrazenSports.com - Contact / Return Authorization. Note: Gift returns can only be refunded to the purchaser. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Brazen Sports, LLC.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee your return items will be received.
