Detroit-based Brazen Sports today announces today at the 146th NRA Annual Meeting a multi-year partnership with the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA). As part of the partnership, Brazen Sports will be the Official Timepiece as well as a National Sponsor.
In addition, in support of shooting sports, Brazen Sports, USPS A, and USA Shooting are launching the “Brazen Sports Gives - Back” program. Consumers are provided with an option to direct a donation of $5 for each timepiece purchased as well as Brazen Sports ’ donation of $100 towards shooting programs from the member of the respective organizations who buy a timepiece.
Offering a collection of fine, well - crafted Swiss Made timepieces that work as hard as any competitor, Brazen Sports most recently partnered with well - known shooting athletes Max Michel, Jr., JJ Racaza, Shane Coley, and David Radulovich.
The patented design of the timepieces is inspired from the case of a spent ammunition cartridge by capturing the contours of a cartridge and ejector rim.
This partnership is another important step in establishing a solid foundation built on respect earned within the firearms/shooting sports community through a shared history of dedication and commitment to excellence — the same requirements needed to excel in the sport of marksmanship. As a non - traditional sponsor and lif estyle brand, Brazens Sports’ goal is to highlight and honor the competitive spirit within the sport and draw other non - traditional sponsors to the shooting community.
USPSA's mission is to promote safe, fun, and fair practical shooting competitions. USPSA competitors define the Brazen lifestyle! “I am very excited for USPSA to partner with Brazen and bring a non traditional sponsor into the firearms community,” says Jake Martens, Director of Media and Events for USPSA. “The Brazen brand and motto “Be Brazen” fits perfectly with the USPSA competitor.”
